Meet The Team

Mark Landis

Mark Landis

Founder and President

Mark’s dedication to service began at 15 with the Salunga Fire Company Station 7-12 in Pennsylvania, now the Hempfield Fire Department. The small company operated a 1973 Hahn C-8 pumper (1000/500), a utility/rescue van, and a 1978 6x4 Ford L-8000 milk truck converted into a tanker. Those rigs, along with his fire school training, taught him pride, grit, and teamwork.

Living just ten houses from the station, he sprinted down the street to catch the utility truck that followed the pumper to vehicle accidents and the occasional fire. Receiving his own Plectron fire receiver to keep by his bedside was a proud milestone. He later served as Assistant Engineer and Vice President, roles that deepened his respect for the men and women who choose service over comfort.

Now based in Bear, Delaware, Mark leads with the same purpose. He is dedicated to giving back to First Responders and strengthening the mission of those who protect and serve communities across America.

Michael Parson

Michael Parson

Licensed Agent

A son of a volunteer firefighter, Michael understands the value and meaning of sacrifice and service. Further understanding of service comes from his background in working for a printing company as a customer representative for 36 years. The printing industry demands a high level of attention to detail and it challenges and emboldens his innate ability for just that.

As a life insurance agent, he always considers all the details in a person’s unique needs. He is a father of 3 and knows the importance in protecting the financial future of loved ones in the event of an unfortunate loss of a caregiver.

Ruben Santillan

Ruben Santillan

Client Operations Director

Ruben’s commitment to service took shape during his time as a missionary in Cape Town, South Africa. There, he focused his ministry on firefighters who put their lives on the line every day so others can live. Through that work, he was given rare access to their world. He spent time in their stations and homes, seeing beyond the uniform into their personal lives, their families, and the emotional weight they carry. It was a privilege few experience, and it left a lasting mark on his life.

Today, Ruben serves as Client Operations Director with the same sense of purpose. He oversees client operations, systems, and communication with a focus on clarity, consistency, and care. His work is driven by a desire to honor the firefighters he was privileged to serve during his missionary work, and to help share their stories, protect their families, and support a mission rooted in respect and gratitude for those who serve.
